When you talk to the merchant there, you'll have two options: You'll find the merchant at Jean Sky Diving to the west (#3). He'll tell you that a nearby merchant has been acting "funny," and he'll ask you to check him out. When you return to Eddie, you'll gain some powder ganger fame, and Eddie will give you the second part of the quest. You won't incur any powder ganger infamy for doing this.
This will earn you 80 xp, not to mention the loot from the corpses.
Note: If you're vilified by the powder gangers, then you won't be able to pick up this quest because Eddie and his bodyguards will become hostile when you get close to them.Įddie will ask you to kill a man named Chavez, who has been trying splinter off from the powder gangers and work with his own crew.
